Officers/Compact

Officers/Compact - Convert your 8rd Power Mags™ for full-size 1911 pistols into 8rd mags for Officers and Compact style pistols with this new magazine base. The Officers/Compact model base is designed to properly control the over insertion problems encountered when using full-length magazines in the short, gripped type of 1911 pistols. The overall length of this base has also been shortened for conceal ability.

The new, longer, “Extended” base will add to the overall length of the base pad. This model should suit the needs of combat specialists or competitors using extending magazine well funnels on the bottom of their 1911 pistols. IDPA and IPSC competitors have specifically requested this type of base.

Our Screw On Extended Base Pad Kit For 8rd CLASSIC™ and MATCH GRADE Mags™

Extended screw on base pad kit for Classic™ Mag and Match Grade™ Series 1911 magazines. Included wth each base pad is a set of self tapping screws that attach the base pad to the floor plate of magazine tube using two holes that are pre-drilled in every Classic Series and Match Grade magazine. Extended base pad kits can be included with purchase of magazines or retro-fitted at any time.
