We will refund the purchase price of any unaltered Chip McCormick parts purchased within 30 days. Parts sent from dealers to CMC for credit must include proof of your customer's purchase. Refund offer does not include cost of shipping, handling, COD or other ancillary charges. Participating dealers are responsible for refunding their customers. CMC will be responsible for refunding the CMC dealer upon receipt of the returned products.

RETURN/DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Notify UPS and CMC immediately. Carrier must inspect merchandise and shipping carton before they will process a claim. Do not destroy or discard cartons. Before a return can be processed please call our office for a Return Approval Code.
